The theory comes from the multidisciplinary studies of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, medical biophysics and indigenous healing practices. The "SE" approach releases traumatic shock which transforms PTSD and heals wounds of childhood trauma and everyday anxiety and stress.
